About Us
Dr. Zack Alme - Former Chiropractor
While he is still a doctor by merit of his education, Dr. Zack is not licensed as a chiropractor and does not practice chiropractic or provide chiropractic care or any other services to the public.
Dr. Zack's* passion for helping others overcome their health challenges and optimize their lives comes as a result of his own health challenges. As a child, he suffered with numerous chronic health conditions. Conventional treatment methods had provided no benefit, so his family explored a variety of natural health approaches. When he was 10 years old he was introduced to a health expert that explained to him that health is the body's natural expression and if health isn't being expressed, the solution comes from identifying and removing anything that interferes with the natural healing processes. This practitioner became a mentor that changed his health beliefs and changed his life. When he was 12 years old, Zack informed his parents that he wanted to be like this mentor so he could help others as he'd been helped.
Life House Health Solutions was established by Dr. Zack* to be a "Beacon of Life" to the Boulder County community, which it was for 30 years.
During that time, Dr. Zack* had the opportunity to partner with thousands of families and individuals to achieve their health goals. He also worked with local athletes, professional sports teams, Olympians, and Para Olympians to perform at their highest levels and win medals and championships!
He trained and served with the leading health experts in the world in creating and implementing lifestyle-focused wellness programs. These programs were shared with the community, local schools and churches.
He was instrumental in creating the Colorado Chiropractic Wellness Alliance which fought for the rights of chiropractors to provide wellness care in Colorado. He has testified at the Colorado State Capital on numerous occasions advocating for parent's health rights.
Dr. Zack* considers himself blessed beyond measure for the opportunities to be a part of the lives of those he called "family members" of The Life House and, more recently, UPPERROOM Health Solutions.
Dr. Zack* continues to stand for health freedom. Since The Life House was ordered to close, he has turned his attention to operating and creating Private Membership Health Associations. This has helped hundreds of other health practitioners maintain their rights to provide their members TRUE health care, despite the governing bodies attempts to interfere with those freedoms.
Not COVID Compliant
The COVID-19 crisis impacted our world in unprecedented ways. We all were bombarded with a narrative of fear that caused many to surrender making rational health decisions, and instead, comply to unsupported opinions of "experts" that turned into "Executive Orders" and tyrannical mandates.
Dr. Zack* recognized early on that the messages and mandates being handed down opposed what history, health science and common sense had shown to be true regarding infectious outbreaks. He turned his energy into being a voice of truth during a time of mixed and continually changing messages. His videos were frequently shared (and censored) and his audience grew, impacting listeners around the world.
Dr. Zack* went to extensive measures to inform and protect the Life House family members and their health freedoms. This included a 90-page COVID Office Policy that outlined the proven effectiveness of healthy lifestyle choices and the ineffectiveness and health risks of face masks, forced distancing and social isolation, vaccines and fear. This policy was sent to all Life House Family Members.
While this was happening, health officials in Boulder County caught wind that Dr. Zack* was defying their mandates. The Boulder County Health Department and Boulder County Lawyers began the process that led to a "virtual hearing" on March 10, 2021. Over 100 people gathered two hours before the hearing to pray, worship and show their support of defying the mandates.
The hearing concluded with the judge admitting that he was not going to consider the Constitution in making his decision. He was simply going to support the executive orders of Jared Polis and issue a permanent injunction against the Life House - just weeks before its 30th anniversary.
